Brain-Gut Axis Meditation o

Here is a meditation to go from gut-brain to brain-gut and garden your body and mind in the process. These are physical junctions of gasotransmitters, Nerons, and microbiota. Imagining light in areas of the body can cause neurons to fire there releasing microbial controlling gases in the process.

  1. Imagine light coming from all directions to your upper dan tian as you inhale and moving outward in all directions from you upper dan tian as you exhale. Do this 18 times.

  2. Repeat this process for the middle dan tian at the center of the chest focusing on light and a feeling of love.

  3. Repeat this process for the lower dan tian below the navel in the center of the lower abdomen for 18 breaths.
