    Hi guys!

    I just bought a foot soak tub and I’m waiting for the herbs in the above link to ship.
    Are there benefits in just soaking my feet in warm water without herbs?
    Are there other easy-to-find herbs (maybe from Whole Foods) that would be beneficial? Are essential oils an acceptable replacement for the herbs in the link above?

    I’m especially interested in helping digestion and warming up my kidneys.

      Hi, you can definitely still get some benefit from soaking in plain water if you don’t have anything to add. To make it better than plain water, you may place some sliced fresh ginger. Essential oils will be a good addon for the foot soak herbs.
